This course is structured to be self-paced. There is no timeline for working through it which is much different than 1:1 work. While there are some techniques that might overlap from this to course other offerings (like breath work), this class was designed as a jumping off point for someone who is just starting their wellness routine overhaul. It is not as in-depth as the Voxer Intensive or 1:1 Coaching options.
