Learn alongside your teen as we explore a deeper connection to our body, reproductive system & rituals to feel more empowered in our relationship to pleasure. It’s the sex ed class we wish we’d gotten!
Teens are experiencing an onslaught of information at all times from friends, phones, social media & family. But what information are they connecting to from their body, mind and spirit?
This is a 6-week course geared toward 11-16 year olds and their guardian (mom, dad, aunt, grandma, sister…whoever is a guiding force in their reproductive & sexual education path). Each live, interactive session is approximately 2.5 hours and will focus on mental, physical, spiritual & anatomical knowledge for the modern teen. Then, you will have two weeks to implement the strategies together with journal reflections about the process along the way.
This class will focus on understanding the fire element & digestive health from an Ayurvedic perspective.
Ready to bliss out? We will teach you key self care practices & why they matter for teens and their mamas.
This class focuses on self care practices that are designed to help balance hormones, remove toxins from the body, and regulate stress.
We’re taking a look at female anatomy this week & how to align your body with the energies of the seasons and moon.
Shame, pleasure, consent & boundaries are the focus this week. Let’s talk about healthy relationships and sexual energy.
Our closing class looks at our lineage, the role we play in it & experience a coming of age ceremony for the teens. A truly unique experience for mamas & daughters alike.
Imagine if it were possible. What if our daughters knew how to better honor & be in touch with their intuition when it comes to their bodies? What if they were aware of mindful eating practices that steer them away from the diet culture? What if their self-care practices supported their changes in hormones, seasons & times of day? What if they loved themselves fully in their teenage years? What traumas might they be able to avoid that you didn’t?
The skills and concepts taught in this class sets them up for better awareness of their body, hormones cycles, and self care practices that aren’t being taught in most schools. And since you’ll be learning right along with them, you’ll know exactly what is being learned and can implement the practices together. It’s an amazing way to bond, break down any barriers about sex with your teen, and feel good about your own self care as well.

Yep! You will be able to watch the class and access materials for as long as you’d like.
Honestly this information was new to Laurel & Erica in their 20s and 30s respectively. So it is applicable to all guardians no matter what age. For our teens, we think they should be at least 11 years old and up to 17.
No! In fact, knowing some of this information will be helpful to teens who have not yet started their cycle.
Of course! We encourage any siblings to take the class together and there is just the flat fee for the class with no additional cost per kiddo.
We honor and respect all gender identities. For the purpose of this class, we will be focusing on those teens who were born with female reproductive systems.
No. This class is for any parent or guardian – because families come in all shapes and sizes – who wants to have a different approach to sexual education for their teen. While there are some practices that are more well suited for female anatomy, knowing those practices and being open to the conversations about them will help give language and purpose to your interactions with your teen. So all are welcomed.
