Ama in Sanskrit translates to “undigested” and refers to all of the things in your body that have not yet been metabolized – food, thoughts, emotions…all of the things that cause stress on your body.

Prana translates to “breath” but more typically refers to the vital life force or energy in your body.  The more stress you release and digest from your body, the more prana that will flow through.

And that’s my goal when working with clients – to help you find more ease and less stress. Move out the ama and find the prana flow.
