The magic starts with an intake form to get a sense of your current pain points and on our Voxer day, a series of activities will help you discover patterns and beliefs that are energy vampires in your current routine. Then we will co-create solutions that feel right in your body – because if it doesn’t feel good to you, there’s no way you’ll stick to it.

Hello, I'm Erica

I’m glad you found your way here. I’m a former high school teacher, adult professional educator, retired military spouse, & online learning specialist who now has the main roles of mom, wellness coach, health counselor and yoga teacher. 

I know, there’s a lot to unpack in that sentence. But life changes a lot so I’ve learned to go with the flow that it brings. And that’s what I help busy moms do too – adapt and regroup when times are stressful or when we’re thrown curve balls.

Voxer is a free walkie talkie app that let’s you communicate easily with others without giving out your phone number. You can download the app for your phone or computer. 

Nope! While there are paid versions if you like the tool and want to use it past our time together, the free version is all you need.

Great question! The beauty of Voxer is that our conversation is just like a text messaging thread, but allows for video, voice and text. It also lets us work remotely for the whole day without sitting in one place on Zoom. While I love Zoom, I sometimes need time to process and create and then get feedback. And Voxer lets us do that easily.

You’ll get an intake form that will help me better understand your pain points prior to our time together. That information will help me best help you create a new holistic routine to fit your lifestyle.

Each person gets a personalized plan, so it will vary but I incorporate Ayurvedic techniques, breath work, yoga concepts, body yantra, tantra, journaling and other methods to help you get the best upgrade to your chosen routine.

I will check in with you two weeks after our day together to see how your new routine is going. You will have an additional hour of Voxer to ask questions, talk about what’s working & get suggestions on how to tweak anything that doesn’t feel good for you from your initial plan.

That can be arranged for sure. But I do recommend that we only work on one and you stick with that routine for 40 days before trying to tackle another routine. 

Once I spend my time with you, I can’t get it back. So there is no refund for the coaching intensive. I cannot guarantee results in a coaching relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work. So bring your best self, be ready to work & commit to making changes to make sure you get the most out of your day.
